How to use tickets and bookings

Tickets

To use a ticket you always need to download the KEiNO app. Tickets you buy always arrive in the KEiNO app, never by email.

Buying a ticket in the app (the easiest way)

  1. Download the KEiNO app (App Store and Google Play)
  2. Open the app
  3. Find your event on the home screen
  4. Buy a ticket
  5. The ticket always arrives only in your app (not by email)

Buying a ticket online

  1. Open the event from the link the organizer gave you
  2. Buy a ticket (give your phone number, because the ticket is always fetched into the KEiNO app)
  3. Download the KEiNO app
  4. Open the app
  5. At the bottom, choose “My Tickets” and “Find My Purchases”
  6. Enter your phone number and the app fetches the ticket you bought online

Using a ticket

  1. Open the KEiNO app as you enter the event
  2. At the bottom, choose “My Tickets”
  3. Choose the ticket you want to use
  4. At the bottom there is a slider, “Slide to use”
  5. Slide it to the right while the event staff are watching
  6. A confirmation message appears on the screen
  7. Choose “Use”
  8. The ticket is marked as used

Sharing a ticket

  1. Open the ticket you bought in the KEiNO app
  2. At the bottom, choose “Forward Ticket”
  3. Enter the recipient’s phone number or pick it from your contacts and press “Forward Ticket”
  4. If the recipient already has the KEiNO app, the ticket opens straight in the app.
  5. If the recipient does not have the KEiNO app, the link asks them to download it first. After downloading, the ticket can be fetched into the app by choosing “My Tickets” > “Find My Purchases” or by clicking the text message link again.

Did you get a ticket by text message?

You already have the KEiNO app:

Click the link in the text message and the ticket appears in the “My Tickets” menu at the bottom of the app.

You do not have the KEiNO app yet:

  1. The link in the text message takes you to the app store (App Store or Google Play)
  2. Download the KEiNO app
  3. Once you have downloaded KEiNO, come back and click the text message link again, and the tickets appear in the “My Tickets” menu at the bottom of the KEiNO app.

Bookings

To use a booking you always need to download the KEiNO app. The confirmed booking, the booking reference and the QR code are always in the KEiNO app.

Booking a time in the app (the easiest way)

  1. Download the KEiNO app (App Store and Google Play)
  2. Open the app and find the zone on the home screen
  3. Choose “Bookings”
  4. Choose a service and press “Book Now”
  5. Choose a day and a free time
  6. Add extra services and the number of participants if you want
  7. Pay in the app. The time is held for you for 10 minutes
  8. The booking shows up right away under “My Bookings”

Booking a time online

  1. Open the zone’s online shop from the link the organizer gave you
  2. Choose “Bookings” and a service
  3. Choose a day and a free time and pay (give your phone number, because the booking is always fetched into the KEiNO app)
  4. Download the KEiNO app
  5. Open the app
  6. At the bottom, choose “My Bookings” and “Find My Bookings”
  7. Enter your phone number and the app fetches the booking you made online

Using a booking

  1. Open the KEiNO app when you arrive
  2. At the bottom, choose “My Bookings”
  3. Choose the booking to see the booking reference and the QR code
  4. Show the QR code to the staff
  5. The staff read the code and mark the booking as used

Cancelling a booking

  1. Open the KEiNO app and choose “My Bookings”
  2. Choose the booking
  3. Choose “Cancel Booking”
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. The refund is returned to your payment method automatically within 5–10 banking days

Note that not every booking can be cancelled by the customer. The organizer decides per service whether cancellation is allowed and how long the free cancellation period is. You can see this in the service details before you book. If cancellation is not allowed or the cancellation period has passed, the “Cancel Booking” button is not shown. Contact the organizer in that case.

Did you get a booking by text message?
