What payment methods does KEiNO offer?
Customers can pay with debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay.
Can I start selling right away?
When you decide to publish your shop, send an approval request. It takes a few hours, at most a day, and your shop is selling.
Why do purchases only arrive in the app?
Customers make their first purchase in your online shop. During the purchase they are told that the ticket, product or booked time does not arrive by email but in the KEiNO app. This way you get rid of ticket readers and gain a direct messaging channel to every customer’s phone. Long experience shows that customers do download the app when it is a condition of entry.
Can I sell anything?
You can sell admission tickets in the Tickets menu, or under an event in the Events menu. In the Shop menu you can sell just about anything. Earlier versions of KEiNO have sold everything from supporter scarves and jerseys to pizza slices and drinks.
Can I sell bookable times?
Yes. With the booking calendar you sell times for any service: a sauna shift, a court, a meeting room, a tour or a consultation. Turn on Bookings in your zone’s modules, create a service and give it a weekly schedule. You set the duration, the prep time and how many bookings you take at the same time. A booking is confirmed automatically after payment, or you can approve bookings yourself. The customer pays in the app just like for a ticket, gets a booking reference and a QR code in the app, and can cancel the booking within the free cancellation period, after which the refund is sent automatically. The booking calendar is included in the KEINO Start subscription.
How quickly do I get my sales revenue into my account?
Receiving your sales revenue is easy. A calendar month’s sales are paid into your account at the beginning of the following month. For bookkeeping you can download a clear sales report as a pdf or excel file.
How can KEiNO offer the service for free?
KEiNO funds the service with a small service fee on each payment. KEiNO is the only service where you can also sell very affordable tickets, products and time slots worth just a few euros without heavy costs. On a 5 € ticket, for example, the total cost is only 50 cents. See the Pricing page.
Do purchases carry extra fees that annoy consumers?
KEiNO tickets, products and time slots cost the consumer exactly what you have set. The customer pays no annoying extra fees on a purchase.
How do I direct customers to my online shop?
When you register, you automatically get your own online shop at yourshop.keino.io. You can drive traffic there with a link, for example from your social media channels. As an extra service we also offer effective and affordable search engine optimization for your website and online shop, plus Google, Meta and TikTok marketing delivered by our partner.
